Job Description
Are you looking for a traineeship / final thesis study in an international B2B environment? And are you interested to learn more about the world of medicines and which role Aspen API plays in this, then please reach out! Our Commercial Department can offer various traineeships, e.g. a customer satisfaction survey, a market research on a specific therapeutic area (such as pain medication), or a country / region plan.
Requirements
For this internship we are looking for HBO/WO candidates who are available from August/September 2023 and who are in the 3rd or 4th year of their studies at that time.

Team
The Commercial Team is responsible for the marketing and the sales of API’s, produced by Aspen Oss in the Netherlands and FCC in Cape Town, South Africa. Next to the team in the Netherlands, we also have a sales office in Chicago, USA and in Tokyo, Japan.

Stap 1: Jouw sollicitatie

Stap 2: Reactie op je sollicitatie
Zodra je hebt gesolliciteerd ontvangt je van ons een bevestigingsmail. Binnen 2 werkdagen neemt een recruiter contact met je op over het vervolg.
Stap 3: Kennismaken en 2e gesprek
We bellen je om een afspraak te maken voor een eerste gesprek. Tijdens dit gesprek maken we kennis met elkaar. Je ontmoet de manager en/of specialist en een collega uit het team. Passen jouw ambities bij die van Aspen? Zijn we allemaal enthousiast? Dan nodigen we je uit voor een tweede gesprek. Samen met de HR Business Partner en de Hiring Manager ga je meer de diepte in. Zodat jij een goed beeld hebt van Aspen en de functie en wij van jou.
Stap 4: Optioneel: 3e gesprek en/of assessment
Soms is het fijn om elkaar nog een keer te spreken om alle vragen beantwoordt te krijgen. Dan plannen we een 3e gesprek in. Bij sommige functies is een assessment onderdeel van de procedure. We bespreken altijd met jou hoe de procedure eruit ziet. Zo weet je wat en wanneer je mag verwachten van Aspen en wij van jou.
Stap 5: Jouw contract
Willen we samen onze ambities waarmaken? Dan doen wij je graag een aanbod. De HR Business Partner stemt samen met jou de arbeidsvoorwaarden af. Dit kan op locatie of telefonisch. Ben je akkoord? Dan bevestigen we dit via de mail.
Stap 6: Welkom collega!
Om ervoor te zorgen dat alles administratief ook in orde is, vragen we je enkele formulieren in te vullen en uiteraard je contract te tekenen. En natuurlijk; welkom bij Aspen API in Oss!
